INTRODUCTION

  • Wheel assemblies are used in EOT Cranes, Transfer Trolley equipment.
  • Material of wheel is from forged blanks made up of low carbon steel.
  • Volume hardening is done for finish wheel to achieve required hardness.
  • All shafts of wheels are also made from low carbon steel with accurate tolerance at bearing & wheel fitment diameter.
  • Antifriction roller bearings are used in all assemblies to ensure required dynamic load carrying capacity.
  • Crane wheel assemblies are manufactured considering fit to use purpose & can be easily bolted to end carriages of crane.
